vraiment j'ai appris plusieurs choses concernant le concept du changement et comment le faire a travers des outils et des mécanismes , outre, des étapes et les maniérés de gérer le changement d'une façon professionnelle , effectivement ce cours m'a donne un coût de main de savoir la structure d'un projet si on savait comment réussir le changement pour atteindre les cibles d'un projet

Très bon cours expliquant toutes les notions de la conduites du changement avec les origines, les grandes figures de la conduite du changement, les différentes méthodologies.
