The course was laid out well, some of the VM stuff is a little janky, but overall a great introductory course. If you are familiar with computers you will breeze through it, I finished it in 3 nights.

It goes through a good amount of foundational information for IT. It goes with the technical side as well as the soft skills and resume/interview information which are just as important as technical.

I am satisfied with the course and the material that was presented. I liked the fact that the teachers were actually employees at Google and had firsthand knowledge of being an IT Support Specialist.
