This course is designed for current and aspiring CEOs, founders, senior executives, business leaders, and experienced managers preparing to move from operational leadership into broader enterprise-level responsibility.

The course explores the mindset shift required to move from managing day-to-day execution to shaping the long-term direction of an organisation.
