This course has the power enough to change the course of your life. It can be a journey from misery to well being, if you follow the instructions given in this program. A must must must attend course.

I absolutely enjoyed and learned a lot about happiness from this course. I will definitely recommend it to my peers, as it gets me to the core from my misconceptions to developing the right practices.

delivery is evenly paced and pitched at the right level for the audience, good use of visual aid, high quality video recording, succinct explanation of complex research findings for practical application. Good job Laurie :(

Excellent, highly recommend. The lectures are interesting, the reading materials insightful. and most of all, the exercises are useful. This is a very proactive and interactive course yet manageable within a busy schedule.
