Team building facilitators love personality tests. Myers-Briggs, DISC, Enneagram - anything that promises to help team members "understand each other's working styles." The session always follows the same pattern: everyone takes the assessment, gets labeled with their type, then discusses how their personality explains their workplace behavior.
