As a project engineer, I have held various positions in the German automotive industry, specializing in areas such as computational engineering (including Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD), the digitalization of motor test benches and exhaust gas roller test benches, as well as battery testing. In addition, I have continuously expanded my skillset beyond the traditional engineering curriculum. This interdisciplinary approach has led to measurable improvements in efficiency and innovation.

My master's thesis focused on investigating a new simulation method for digital twins (Detached Eddy Simulation, DES) to improve the predictability of gas mixing in exhaust gas aftertreatment for series development. As part of the thesis, I implemented this methodology into the development process and conducted simulations on an advanced Linux High-Performance Computing Cluster to achieve results within the limited timeframe of the thesis.
