As a Statistician contracted with the IDPH Immunization Division, I developed and executed targeted Python scripts to investigate HL7 Errors within the I-CARE Immunization Information System (IIS). This involved extracting and reconciling vaccine codes (CVX, MVX, and NDC) from raw CSV reports using Pandas and regex, applying conditional logic to automate error classification, and cleaning datasets for downstream reporting enhanced data quality and streamlined validation processes.

Led full-cycle analytics for the Illinois Department of Public Health’s state-funded project through the CDC Foundation, focusing on Electronic Case and Lab Reporting (eCR/ELR) and outbreak response. Linked complex datasets from SQL Server, SAP Business Objects, and REDCap to enhance surveillance. Streamlined REDCap workflows during a measles outbreak to support accurate quarantine data and regulatory compliance.

Managed data and reporting for six HCHN subcontractors under HRSA 330(h) funding, ensuring program consistency. Extracted and analyzed jail health system data using Epic Crystal Reports to support COVID-19 efforts and care continuity. Delivered infection and immunization trend analyses across HCHN service sites to HRSA.
