This course is designed for new and developing managers, team leaders, supervisors, and professionals who want to strengthen their everyday leadership and decision-making capabilities. It is particularly relevant for people whose leadership impact is created through frequent interactions, choices, communication, and decisions rather than occasional major strategic actions.

The course explores how seemingly small leadership decisions accumulate over time to shape team culture, trust, performance, credibility, accountability, and ownership. Learners will examine how to recognise micro-decisions, evaluate their impact using evidence and behavioural patterns, apply structured decision-making tools, strengthen accountability, and build consistent leadership habits. By the end of the course, learners will be able to make more deliberate everyday leadership decisions, evaluate their impact, use structured frameworks for more complex choices, strengthen credibility and ownership within teams, and create a practical leadership development plan for continuous improvement.

This module introduces micro-decisions and explores how small everyday leadership choices gradually shape team culture and performance.
