Great course - would like a little hands-on activity to help with learning
EB
Generalist overview of a new learner. Exact terminology on the quizzes did not align with content covered in the course. Yet a good foundation for new Saleforce end users.

Overall Course is very Good but Practice Assignments or Sets passing percentage is too much high 80% They must keep 75% or 70%

Unfortunately, the AI generated voice is both disengaging and goes at a speed that feels unnatural, and this is coming from someone with more than 4 years of using Salesforce, and who has been an org Admin. That said, for components my org didn't use, some of the content is outdated/does not match up with the questions (even practice questions), so I had to do a fair amount of web searching. If I didn't have Salesforce experience/background already, this would have been quite challenging.
Content seems a little bit outdated. The video pace with computer generated voice is not very engaging. The content structure and the topics covered can be improved.
The videos are not very informative. The most of the test questions can't be answered with information provided in the videos. Either revise the tests or add all of the relevant information needed to past the tests in the videos.
AI slop, and out of date with current Salesforce tools anyways
If this is your FIRST introduction to a CRM solution, please look elsewhere for training materials. The script sounds like it was originally written in Chinese, translated into English, and then fed through a synthesized voice; it isn't great. The screenshots from the Salesforce environment are usable, but they fly by so quickly that you'll need to pause the dialog quite a bit to get a sense of where everything is. As a course that is meant to prepare me for a $200 test, I am VERY dubious that this content is adequate for any 'new user' to pass a certification test.
THE AI VOICE IS TOO MUCH, CANNOT CONTINUE ONTO THE NEXT COURSE.
im locked out an i have no customer service person who can help

The narration is robotic to the point that I can only follow by muting the video and reading. Instruction lacks some basic steps, so I had to search the net and Salesforce help section to learn how to find Company Information for example. Very lazy for a company that is promoting their $200 exams.
