I recently finished my PMP certification and decided to expand my knowledge by taking the “Applied Scrum for Agile Project Management” to hone in and deepen the concepts and real world application. This course presented real life examples of how successful Agile is when compared to predictive methodologies. It furthers explained in detail how the Agile methodology is applied and its related frameworks. I am glad I took this course and I am sure I will put to use the best practices learned throughout the course in the near future.

The course improved our teamwork, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Through practical examples and case studies, we learned how to prioritize work, adapt to changing requirements, manage project risks, and deliver value to customers efficiently. Overall, the course provided valuable knowledge and practical skills that can be applied in real-world project environments.

The lessons broke down concepts into clear, practical steps, and the examples made it easier to connect theory with real-world situations. The assignments pushed me to apply what I learned, which helped build confidence in using agile methods effectively.

Very thorough with many examples. Could do better with even more examples.
