Yet here I am now, and can now do the 7 step problem-solving technique in my sleep. I was honoured to learn from you, and will be putting all the skills that I learn to good use in any situation that calls for it.

A topic I didn't think I needed support with, but can see myself using the methodology for problem solving. I recognized much of the methods as a participant in problem solving, but now I feel confident to take the lead to act as an agent of change, with the benefit of a structured model.

Many points touched upon were absent from the mind. But the real benefit has been made from the above. A lot of things have become clearer, especially after actually applying the Learning Points.

I wasn't expecting much when I enrolled in this course due to the length of the course being quite short; however, I completely blown away by the instructor, Diane Davidson. She simplified the concepts and taught them in a manner that even a 10 years old would be able to understand it. Her story-telling not only made the concepts easier to understand but also unforgettable. I can't see myself forgetting the 7 steps problem-solving method any time soon. Once again I would like to complement Diane Davidson for being an excellent instructor and all those who get to be her students are lucky to say the least.

What I loved the most about this course was learning how to better engage feedback from others and how to better deliver feedback. I also enjoyed learning the process of how to better approach problem solving. Additionally, the self reflection exercises really gave me more insight into myself and into how I could improve my approach as a leader. I will definitely use what I learned here in the future.
