This module focuses on mastering data visualization techniques using Microsoft Copilot. You’ll learn how to create a variety of charts and graphs, customize visualizations for clear communication, and design interactive dashboards. The lessons cover generating basic charts with natural language prompts, creating advanced visualizations like scatter plots and tree maps, and building interactive dashboards with multiple charts. Through hands-on activities, you'll strengthen your skills, enabling you to effectively use Copilot for dynamic and impactful data presentations in Excel.

This module equips you with the skills to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and create impactful summaries and reports. You’ll learn how to distill data into key points, develop executive summaries, and generate comprehensive reports using Copilot. The lessons cover summarizing datasets into concise overviews, crafting executive summaries by extracting insights from Excel into Word, and producing detailed reports with narrative explanations and visualizations. Hands-on activities will give you practical experience in creating data-driven presentations and reports using Microsoft tools.

This module presents the final project you'll complete before successfully finishing the course. Along with the hands-on report, you’ll complete a self-review and course summary. You’ll also gain valuable insights into what you can expect once you’ve completed the course.
