The subject of surveys is very important, but it was an enigma for me. This course led me to understand the dynamics of surveys, it taught me how to prepare and analyze them, a short and very useful course.

The information in this course is good but outdated. SurveyMonkey has many new features not referenced in this course. I suggest updating this course.
Excellent course!!! The guided instruction made it easy to master the tasks and create a survey with analysis. Templates are available or you may start from scratch. It is a must-needed course for any professional in a managerial role, IMO.
Great instruction and easy to digest for beginners like me. However, some of the examples were already a paid feature in SurveyMonkey so I wasn't able to test them out.

A good introduction to the use of this tool I was unaware that this tool was as user-friendly as it is. After reviewing the lessons in this course, I am confident that I would have no difficulty at all with creating surveys with Survey Monkey.
This was a clear and direct guided project that allows one to get very familiar with the basics of using SurveyMonkey. Explanations are thorough and pausing of the video is encouraged so one can explore the site at their leisure.
