As a R beginner, this is very to start on and work my way up to programming
Master the essentials of data science with the Data Science with R Specialization. Designed for beginners and professionals alike, this four-course series builds the foundational and applied skills needed to transform, visualize, model, and ethically analyze data using the R programming language. Whether you are exploring a career in data analysis, expanding your professional toolkit, or seeking to understand how analytical choices influence real-world outcomes, this Specialization equips you with the confidence and technical fluency to thrive in today’s data-driven world. Through four hands-on courses, you’ll progress from exploring and visualizing data to cleaning and transforming messy datasets, applying ethical reasoning, and modeling relationships to make predictions. You’ll master core tools of modern data science (including R, Tidyverse, RStudio, Quarto, Git, and GitHub) while developing the practical and ethical mindset to use them responsibly. ws. By the end of the series, you’ll be able to confidently tidy and transform data, create compelling visualizations, communicate insights that drive decisions, and apply ethical principles to address algorithmic bias, data privacy, and misrepresentation in your analyses.

Nice and concise course about the ethics in data science. The information in this course is appliable not only to R, but to other data science methods as well.

I really enjoyed completing the Data Visualization and Transformation with R course by Duke University. The course provided a practical introduction to data transformation, visualization, and exploratory data analysis using R and ggplot2. The hands-on exercises and real-world datasets helped me understand how to turn raw data into meaningful visualizations and communicate insights effectively. As a Mechatronics student interested in data analytics, robotics, and automation, I found this course particularly useful for developing my data analysis skills. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to build a strong foundation in data visualization with R.
I’ve taken other R programming courses before, but this one was by far the clearest and smoothest. I really liked being able to watch the videos, pause them, and code along step by step, it made everything much easier to understand. I’d definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn R in a practical and clear way.
The videos and code-alongs were helpful. The readings were also useful. The graded assessment was fair, and it's very good that there were no peer review assessments. I felt that I learned a good amount. Thanks to the instruction team for this course.
This course is top! It is very clear, the explanations are very informative and there are many resources available. The level is really beginner friendly and the course overall is extremely easy to follow
