Would really appreciate the real human voice than an AI bot speaking. Other than that the course is very helpful, learnt a lot.

excellent course
Great Course
First two modules are repetitive of content in the extreme. They seemed to drag on for ever. Figma, ironically, breaks all the UX/UK rules. It does not use industry standards for control keys; items randomly disappear, it gives no clue as to what to do or where things are hidden. Third and fourth modules were very good.
I would not recommend this course for beginners. While the topic itself is valuable, the way the practical parts are structured makes it difficult for someone new to UX/UI to truly understand the process. The biggest issue is that the exercises are poorly executed and lack clear guidance. Instead of explaining how and why things should be done, the course often skips key steps and jumps straight to outcomes. For beginners, this creates confusion rather than learning, because there’s no solid foundation or reasoning behind the decisions being made. It also feels like the course content, especially the hands-on sections, was not created by an experienced UX/UI designer. Important principles and best practices are either missing or only briefly mentioned, without proper explanation. As a result, learners are not being taught the correct approach to UX/UI work. Overall, the course might be somewhat useful for people who already have prior knowledge and can fill in the gaps themselves, but for beginners, it lacks the structure, clarity, and depth needed to build real understanding. Not to mention that for evaluation you are NOT submitting your design work, but the text explaining how and what you would do, which is a problem on its own.
This course is poorly written and is very poorly voiced by an AI machine. Unfortunately, the tone and robot-likeness of the voice is very uncomfortable to listen to: up to the point where it is hard to concentrate on information in the videos. This course is the only one in the whole row of IBM UX/Ui Professional Certificate courses that has been so uninteresting and demotivating to go through. Please, update this course learning process and material as well as its voiceover.
