I learned a great deal about revenue cycle that I can utilize in my field.

Overall, the course is good and provides a solid structure; however, I expected a bit more in terms of content delivery. One aspect I did not appreciate was that in several modules, the instructors mainly read from the slides rather than engaging in deeper explanations or interactive discussions. While the program has a well-organized framework, there is room for improvement in teaching methodology and engagement.

Sadly l don't have money to get my certificate. But learnt a lot on this course for l have just been hired to work for a GP in South Africa
