I really enjoyed the course and it taught me a lot. However, I experienced some technical issues: a few videos were lagging and sometimes the multiple-choice quizzes did not register my answers correctly. As a result the system showed me mistakes even though I had selected the correct answers.

Doesn't provide any real new information on speech or communication. Just regurgitates the same key points all other books, classes or online videos do but poorer. Very boring and unengaging. Plus the quiz questions are so open ended and ambiguous that any answer could work (but they just make you retake the same 1 question quiz over and over again). They also have you argue with an AI....but one of the key points they try to make it appealing to the emotional side for arguments...which you can't do reliably with a machine. Overall, I learned nothing after spending a few hours in this course and am disappointed I spent any money for it. 0/5 Did not complete.
