It could be made better if we can view the video in full screen and still take notes parallelly. Also, the speech could be adjusted to make it faster or slower.

I had to continually switch to the transcripts to understand the concepts. This... only after taking several minutes to identify the issues, realizing though the video was playing, there was no embedded dialog, and had to click the transcripts. Also, the "chat with us" radio button blocked the "Next" radio button on the lower right corner of the courseware, I had to use the course outline to move to the next section.

A very basic course about how to find reliable data (the level of "trust your local newspaper rather than a website called Gossip And Drama"). Unfortunately the audio didn't work for most of the videos, and I had to just read the transcript.
