Unity: Master Procedural Fractal & Spline Design
Advance your Unity development skills by designing, building, and optimizing procedural systems with fractal geometry, object pooling, Bezier curves, and splines. Designed for learners with prior Unity experience, this hands-on course develops practical skills for creating modular, reusable, and performance-conscious systems.
You’ll construct recursive fractals using hierarchical structures, scaling, rotation, color variation, and randomization, then create real-time FPS monitoring tools to evaluate application performance. You’ll implement object pooling to efficiently recycle GameObjects and develop modular pooling utilities for dynamic scenarios.
As you progress, you’ll build Bezier curves using control handles, derivatives, velocity vectors, and directional calculations. You’ll construct interactive multi-segment splines, visualize and refine them with editor tools and custom inspectors, and optimize control points and resolution. Finally, you’ll develop reusable curve methods, spline walkers, and decorators for runtime movement and visual enhancement.
By the end, you’ll be able to create and optimize procedural Unity systems that combine fractals, object pooling, Bezier splines, editor tooling, and runtime path-based behavior.
