The program covers generative AI fundamentals, responsible AI, workflow evaluation, and prompt design before progressing to hands-on use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Learners create business content, automate workflows, coordinate meetings, and analyze data using natural-language prompts and specialized Copilot agents.
Participants complete four portfolio-ready projects: a workflow assessment, reusable prompt library, AI-powered communication system, and data-driven business analysis.
By the end of the program, learners can write effective prompts, orchestrate AI agents, analyze datasets, and apply human-in-the-loop verification to improve accuracy and protect sensitive information. A Microsoft 365 license with an active Copilot for Microsoft 365 subscription is required for hands-on activities. Some integrations, such as Planner, may require additional organizational licensing.
