Very helpful informations

I am a great and experienced customer support agent, and for the future carriere I am learning here.... Yes, Im a tech dummy for sure... because I have no idea how to repeat the steps that Jules have performed. He does not explain the very basics - how to set everything up. I spent already two days trying to connect zapier to chatgpt (needed to learn how to create the mailbox at https://parser.zapier.com/, then searched where to get my chatgpt API key and other) and still nothing worked after that. I am looking for youtube videos about zapier now, but they are also not helpful and for some reason all guys have the zapier interface looking kind of differently... So far, the course is not helpful for me. The good things are how Jules talks and the fact that he is a human)). Thanks. Vero.

Prepare to be frustrated! There needs to be a pre-class video that explains all the various subscriptions you'll need for this course (and some direction). Instead he moves on like it's something you can do in your sleep. Which subscription packages do I need? API has 7. Chatgpt has 3. Zapier has a bunch too. The free trial on Zapier is for the first couple emails. From what I can tell, it's probably $40+ in additional subscriptions per month for this course. You won't be able to complete the course without them. Honestly, shocked Vanderbilt would allow their name to be attached to this course. Zero resources to piece it together on the backend so you're ready for the course. YouTube won't be much help either. Good luck!
