Great orientation to the pluses and minuses of drone use for environmental research. Having an overview of the rules and regulations along with the subtle and obvious ways drones can affect the study subject(s) are absolutely necessary to be a competent and responsible researcher. Lessons were comprehensive and instruction friendly and clear.

Through this course I achieved everything I have planned. It became the start point for some of my future plans. All the materials provided during weeks were cristal clear, which helped me to easy understand as non-native English speaker. The last but not the least, that course had the quality I expected as Duke University course.

This was a good course but I was hoping to get more info on how people are currently using drones for e-data, This course has a heavy focus on ethics and drone anatomy, also some good things like laws and safety. I do feel they focused a bit too much on the ethics though.
