This course has been very important for my career and current role

For a company to stay relevant, the capacity to change inside has to match the rate of change outside. And that’s a tall order in today’s volatile and unpredictable business environment. This specialization from London Business School is designed to help you future-proof your company – to make sense of the biggest external changes underway and to provide you with practical advice on what you should do differently. In four complementary courses, we provide you with a wealth of up-to-date examples of what leading companies are doing, and we show how you can move forward with your own adaptation plans, whatever your level of seniority.

I liked the course and the contents, mainly because it brought together many different disciplines such as resilience, enterprise engineering, complexity science, uncertainty and risk management. The videos were not as engaging as I would've hoped, which meant that I found myself often engaging in other activities simultaneously. I do like the summary flyers at the end of each module, which helped me pass the tests.
To be honest, for a business school with the reputation of LBS, this specialization was rather underwhelming. It's not that its bad, but its not special enough given the alleged reputation of LBS. I expected more.
Extensive Learning Experience: Agile Organisation – Strategies for Business Resilience Just completed an incredibly insightful course by London Business School, led by Prof. Julian Birkinshaw and David Lewis, focused on building resilient and agile organisations. Highly practical with real life examples. Key Learnings: - Strategic Resilience: Organisations must anticipate disruption and adapt through scenario planning, agility loops, and bold decision-making in uncertain environments. Operational Resilience: Resilience requires robust systems across supply chains, finance, and information management, with a focus on managing risk in complex adaptive systems. Behavioural Resilience: Leaders play a critical role in fostering psychological safety, cognitive diversity, and team agility to build a culture that thrives in change. Dan Cable, Kathleen O'Connor (she/her)'s videos were highly insightful. Many times, I paused my learning a lot with David Lewis and Julian Birkinshaw video to understand the simple yet powerful tools and tips both were providing.
Great material and lecture, maybe it can include more advanced topics on forecasting and suggestions on institutions that can help to mitigate and prepare for risks.
