Very poorly structured course. Delivery needs improvement. At least one of the speakers appears to be talking to school children. Plus the content, modules 1 and 3 are entirely missable.

Coming from a background in the educational field, I found that I needed to be creative with my questions and answers that followed more of an executive framework which I do not have direct experience with. I led my department but had to think about the higher-ups, so the information was pertinent, but I had to stretch my thinking on the angle I was approaching from.
Excellent, even though I have been following conversational AI since Oct 23, this course made me realise how I could do a deeper dive and save time. Extremely useful with good examples. Only suggestion is to have more mini assignments as well have actual feedback on the final assignment (perhaps using Coursera coach).
