As an Ericsson employee and Coursera license holder you will have access to Coursera's 4000+ courses, specializations, and projects.

License Fee

The cost for an Ericsson employee Coursera license is $380 USD and requires your manager's approval. The license is valid for a period of 12 months

Privacy Notice

Ericsson, Your Employer, and Coursera Inc are committed, as data controllers, to protect your personal data when using Coursera, a tool for vocational training.

Depending on the module(s) you use (as described below), the data collected are processed for the purposes defined below and accessible or transferred to the identified recipients: providing online courses selected by Ericsson Academy in a wide variety of subjects in order to obtain an online training certification and monitor the upskilling of Ericsson employees through regular reporting.

The data collected will be processed in accordance with the applicable legislations by:

- the authorized people in charge of the training in your entity;

- Ericsson Academy as the Global Learning Systems Manager of the global tools for vocational training;

- the authorized people in charge of technical and functional support of this tool and located in the United States and Guatemala.

To ensure that Personal Data is protected, EU Model Clauses are used in all agreements with entities located outside the European Economic Area. You can obtain a copy of them by sending a request to your Employer's DPO. To do so, you can contact your HR department.

Your personal information is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes above described and according to applicable laws and regulations.

The provision of the information requested by Coursera tool is mandatory. If you fail to provide us with the data, we need for the purposes described above, you will not be able to access and use the tool.

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data held by Your Employer and Coursera.

You also have the right to:

- object to processing of data on legitimate and compelling grounds;

- obtain a restriction of the processing;

- leave instructions regarding the processing of your personal data after your death.

To exercise the rights mentioned above, you may contact your Employer's DPO. To do so, you can contact your HR department.

If for any reason, we failed to respond to the above requests, be informed that you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
