I am so glad I did this course and I totally recommend to Sport Science professionals/students. It is well structured and very easy to understand. You can watch the classes many times to make sure you got everything, and write some notes to remember the most important parts. I think it is very important to attend this type of course, even if you finished a degree, because it is an interesting way to keep uptdating your knowledge :)
