Data-Driven Leadership Skills Capstone Project

This capstone course is your opportunity to bring together everything you have learned across the Data-Driven Leadership specialisation and demonstrate your skills in practice. Rather than introducing new content, this course is designed to consolidate your understanding of leadership narratives, agile strategy, and data-driven decision-making through a structured, assessed assignment. You will choose from one of three assignment options, each focused on a core theme from the specialisation: leadership narratives, agile leadership, or data-driven decision-making. Whichever you choose, you will be expected to apply critical thinking, draw on evidence and data, and demonstrate your ability to evaluate leadership approaches in a real-world context. Completing this capstone is a significant achievement. It signals to employers and peers that you have not only engaged with cutting-edge leadership theory, but that you can apply it.
