This short course was a huge disappointment for me. Based on the experience recommended, I would have expected much more informative content. Unfortunately, the "presenters" were all AI characters and it was clear from the content that the text was (mostly) AI generated. The questions in module 5 are related to the practical example in module 7. Disappointing from a name like ISACA.

I recently finished “Auditing Generative AI: Strategy, Analysis & Risk Mitigation” by ISACA, and I learned a lot. It’s a great workshop for an overview of the strategic, ethical and risk issues with Generative AI particularly when viewed from the lens of an auditing/governance perspective. I loved the way that it struck a balance between technical knowledge (use cases, scope, dependencies etc.) and real-world application (risk mitigation, regulatory issues, responsible adoption). The moduels were short but sweet, with many examples to base the theory on real auditing and also a business sence around. The quizzes and exams helped to drill in all the important concepts, particularly when it came to risks such as data poisoning, prompt injection, exfiltration – along with carrying-on-the-business decisioning involved with successful GenAI implementation. A succinct course! I particularly appreciated the Scenarios as they helped me visualized how the GenAI products, risks, necessary risk mitigating actions/controls come together to help deliver a GenAI product/service that is ethical, transparent, fair, and compliance. Super helpful course!
