The content is good however it would be very helpful and more impactful if the course walked you thru each process step by step and not just show you a window of where to go find the next step and complete the process. Some people need to be walked thru each step and not just be told where to go to get started. This is more of a high level overview of how to get started with Gmail and a more in depth walk through would be more beneficial to fully understanding how Gmail works. Also, some of the content is not valid as I do not have the 'drop down' feature for filtering emails but have a 'search' option to click on to filter my emails. That was a bit confusing when I started that section of the course.
The course was great and I learnt many new features about Gmail. However I feel like if the video instructions were live demos of things that are being taught rather than a single animated picture then it would be much more easy to understand things.
A video walkthrough would have greatly benefited certain sections. A voice-over on an image slide does not convey exactly what is being spoken,
