I am genuinely frustrated and disappointed by this course.
The examples and instructions appear outdated and do not match the current GitHub interface or workflow. This created constant confusion throughout the assignments, especially during the final project. I repeatedly found myself trying to follow instructions that no longer aligned with what was actually available in GitHub.
Instead of reinforcing good Git practices, I feel like I developed confusion and bad habits while trying to “make it work” under unclear or mismatched guidance. That is deeply discouraging, especially after paying for the course.
I wanted to learn Git properly. Instead, much of my time was spent trying to reconcile discrepancies between the instructions and the real platform environment. That experience was frustrating, demoralizing, and not what I expected from a structured course.
I strongly urge the course team to update the materials so that future students are not left feeling lost or misled.
