Through this course, I realized how essential agility is for modern teams. I learned the value of creating an inclusive environment where colleagues feel involved in decision‑making, and the importance of establishing clear communication channels to foster socialization and collaboration. I also came to understand that, in a constantly changing work environment, flexibility and agility are critical for helping a team adapt and thrive. I am truly grateful to have taken this course, and I look forward to exploring more advanced topics in Agile Team Leadership.

It was nice, but a little bit short for such an interesting topic as agile team management. It would be nice if there was more detailed, with more practice & quizzes course.

The core ideas of this course are already well explained in the Agile framework itself, anyway it's always good refreshing the memory with some additional detail and example on this topic.

Not enough focus on the key role leaders play, especially in small teams, where everyone reports to the leader.
