This training equips students with the skills they need to become productive with Google Workspace. By the end of this Specialization, the student will be proficient in the use of the core Google Workspace applications: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Meet and Google Chat. They will learn how to manage mail and schedules effectively; create, manage and share content in Google Drive, and become more productive through the use of the collaboration features that are an integral and defining part of Google Workspace. It is recommended that students engage with this content using a Chromebook, Windows, or Mac OS computer with Google Chrome installed, plus a managed Google Workspace account.

Its perfect course I am looking for
The content is good however it would be very helpful and more impactful if the course walked you thru each process step by step and not just show you a window of where to go find the next step and complete the process. Some people need to be walked thru each step and not just be told where to go to get started. This is more of a high level overview of how to get started with Gmail and a more in depth walk through would be more beneficial to fully understanding how Gmail works. Also, some of the content is not valid as I do not have the 'drop down' feature for filtering emails but have a 'search' option to click on to filter my emails. That was a bit confusing when I started that section of the course.
The course was great and I learnt many new features about Gmail. However I feel like if the video instructions were live demos of things that are being taught rather than a single animated picture then it would be much more easy to understand things.
A video walkthrough would have greatly benefited certain sections. A voice-over on an image slide does not convey exactly what is being spoken,
