This was a great course with very detailed materials that covered key concepts thoroughly. The explanations were clear and easy to understand, making it accessible even for beginners (like me). The structure of the course also was well-organized. However, there was an issue with earning the certificate. Even though the course says it has "Shareable Certificate" sign, but in my case it only appears under "Other Completed Courses" in the Accomplishments tab, and no actual certificate is provided. This can be frustrating for learners expecting proof of completion. Overall, the course itself is excellent, but Coursera should address this certificate issue to ensure learners receive proper recognition for their efforts.

Overall, the value from this paper is excellent. Considering it's free, it's a no brainer to partcipate. The pacing and explananitons make it easy to follow and keep up with. I defintely walked away from completing this with skills and knowledge I can implement into my role as a Production Manager instantly, as well as gaining knowledge I can share amongst my team.
