The course "What Can AI Do for Marketing" has been quite valuable. While the information provided was broad and somewhat macro in scope, it has nonetheless been immensely helpful in updating my knowledge of AI applications in marketing. I am grateful for the insights shared, which have certainly enriched my understanding of this evolving field.
Immediately useful! The lessons are super clear and it often opens completely unexpected perspectives
Great! This course has deepened my understanding of the influence of AI for marketing!

You can learn a lot belive me
Great course!
great
good
The course overall was great. The content was relevant and well explained in the videos. Areas that could have been better: - There were a number of articles to read and some from HBR which were not accessible without a subscription. - Would have preferred more videos and less independent reading. - A recap video at the end summarizing all we learned over the entire course would have been great.
good
I found this course more basic than I expected based on the title. A significant part of the course covers foundational marketing concepts such as the customer journey, managing customer experience, experimentation and measuring impact. These are useful foundations for someone relatively new to marketing, but for experienced professionals there is quite a lot of familiar material before getting to the more AI-specific insights. I did appreciate the real-world examples, the sections on AI opportunities, personalization and bias, and the academic perspective. The course is well structured and accessible. Overall, I think this is a good introduction for marketers who want to start exploring AI, but I would have liked a much deeper focus on how AI is actually changing marketing, customer behavior and the customer journey, and on emerging developments such as generative AI and AI agents. Good foundation for beginners, but somewhat limited for experienced digital and marketing professionals looking for more strategic or advanced AI insights. One thing I found disappointing is that several of the articles included as course materials are behind external paywalls.
Excellent - but it takes too much time to get the evaluation from others
too easy
All of the HBR readings for the course are behind a paywall, making it challenging to take the course without also signing up and paying for HBR. The course itself was very surface and didn't give me the actionable ways to incorporate AI that I was hoping for. There were typos in the copy and some content that felts completely unhelpful. I would not waste your time.
