The course screen captured videos are out of date and show the classic GUI of Power Platforms. This makes it very difficult to follow. Even switching to classic view in Power Apps, it doesn't respond in the same manner.

Good overview of the material, although I believe you can follow much of the material for free with Microsoft (you just would not get the Coursera certificate). Some material was outdated, but Microsoft have made various changes quite recently. There were a number of other issues and errors, although this is quite typical for online (/most?) courses.

Notes:

- You will need a corporate Microsoft account to do this course - you can sign up to certain required licences for free but you generally still need a company Microsoft Account to do this.

- The course mentions the Microsoft Certification; this is separate but you get a discount voucher for it.

It is very bad that you don't show us teh result of the questions at the end unless we upgrade (pay). I found that emotional abuse.

Would have given higher, but some of the exercise files seemed to be missing, so couldn't complete the Power BI exercises. I sent in a message, but no one got back to me. Seems a few had the same problem.

Also I guess some of the menu names seemed to be different. I guess the videos were created with an older version of the power platform.

The worst course I have attended ever. Took me one week to figure out how to get all the free licences as I have no work email at the moment. You have to apply for each and every Microsoft free trial one by one. This should be done with one link, I believe, at least for the course attendees. You get only 30 days free trials of the platform and the necessary other apps, should be free during the course.

Outdated videos with 2 years. Hard to follow sometimes as for example the Business Process flow is in a totally different place. Should be at least a note, where to look for it. There are missing/wrong files for the course (data for the dashboard creation for PowerBI), which needed for learning.

I do not understand, why they put the Twitter connector to practice in Power Automate. Instead there should be something everyone uses, like Outlook or Teams.

Power BI should be more on the focus, as that is the most important app in my opinion.

The final exam questions are just ridiculous. Why are there questions about Dynamics??

Many of the screens have changed and have not been addressed by this course. In addition, I could not do many of the exercises as there were restrictions from my organizations (both work and school) on what tasks I could do. These were not addressed by anyone in the forums or Coursera. Not a good class.

This course is incredibly out-of-date. The learning material no longer matches the Powerapps UI making this course useless. Needs an update asap. Was only able to finish 30% of the course before the actual hands-on section went completely off the rails.

Wonderful course. Clears all the fundamentals and gives basic knowledge of Power Platforms.

Course content is excellent however needs to be updated with latest content/topics included on Microsoft learning for PL-900 exam. Some of the application action videos were showing loading error.

it's ok but some of the steps are now out of date with the current version, also not all the resources exist and some of the videos don't play. But I did pass.

Out of date. Power Platform has been greatly updated.

I recently completed the Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals course offered by Coursera, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. This course provided me with a comprehensive understanding of this powerful Microsoft technology, and I am incredibly satisfied with the knowledge I gained.

They not only challenged me to apply the knowledge I had acquired but also provided instant feedback, enabling me to identify areas that needed improvement. While the course was indeed fantastic, the final quiz did pose a bit of a challenge for me. It took me three attempts to clear it successfully. Despite the initial difficulty, the feeling of accomplishment upon clearing the final quiz was immensely satisfying.

Furthermore, the course materials and resources provided were excellent. The supplemental materials, such as documentation, additional reading materials, and hands-on exercises, greatly enhanced my learning experience. The platform itself was user-friendly and intuitive, making navigation and access to course materials effortless.

Overall, I highly recommend the Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals course on Coursera to anyone looking to gain a solid foundation in this technology. The course offers a comprehensive curriculum, interactive quizzes, and valuable resources that greatly contribute to the learning process. The minor challenge faced during the final quiz was outweighed by the immense value and knowledge gained throughout the course. I thoroughly loved the system throughout the course of the two months since it was engaging, and the way it was delivered and the assessments that were given helped me finish the course and pass the final practice test.

I used it to quickly repeat the notions for the PL-900 exam. I did it very quickly, as it was mostly a check of my knowledge, but I found it very well done and interesting. Recommended especially before the exam

After 6 weeks , i feel more confident in building a Power BI Dashboard , automating processes with Power Automate and creating a chatbot with Power Virtual Agents.

For learning and understanding about power platform, this is a good start and recommended course.
