The course was set up very well but, I would have just preferred to have some sort of workbook that allowed us practice with every aspect of documentation. Repetition makes me better.Thank you.

The animated narrator was overly jokey and had an irritating voice. The character should talk less and be more serious. It was better when the accountants/bookkeepers were talking, more useful.

I got stuck at the end. When adding all of the debits I had to choose the multiple choice that was closest rounding down. all of my ither answers were correct based off of my journal entry.

Very basic but well done course for an introduction to bookkeeping concepts. It is not a hands-on how-to course but does provide a basic overview of the bookkeeper position and some terminology.

This course was well put together. I used to feel so intimidated by finances. The interactive videos and practice exercises do a fantastic job of explaining concepts learned throughout this course.

This is a preparation course, good information but you will still have to take the exam which cost $150. It would of been nice to coursera to explain this from the start. Do better coursera.

Great information. I wish that it was more hands-on. Also, Bianca's voice is VERY annoying - I wanted to mute her and only read. I recommend having a voice that does not have a heavy accent.

It's a great course to begin the courses. I it made me learn a lot of things. just wish there could be more hands on the actual Quickbooks pages since, I like more hands on more task of learning.

Very instructional, especially for a beginner! Sometimes it would be hard to follow- the screen a bit fuzzy, and some people's voices were a lot quieter than others. Good information- okay format.

Some language is not clear and some details regarding debits and credits were not covered thoroughly enough for me, a beginner. Otherwise it's a good coure presented in a very user friendly way!

Whoever wrote this course and designed the characters and integration of real people needs a RAISE. I loved every second of this material, in spite of its occasional dryness. Bianca is hysterical!

The course was informative and worthwhile. I think that Course and QuickBooks should team up to that the QuickBooks practice should take you to the actual QBO site; more accurate hands on training.
