Great source of information. I wish the view of the instructor was not blocked by her laptop.

While the information was interesting, the instructor sat at a desk and lectured from behind her computer - a psychologist talking from behind a black screen covering all but her head, neck and necklace. Hardly a model of empathy or connectedness for a psychology topic. The quizzes covered some important information and some unimportant factoids. e.g. Remembering the percentage of NYers vs. others in the U.S. suffering from PTSD after the events of 9-11 hardly grows one's knowledge of the condition.

Good overview of major mental disorders but doesn't cover the full array of disorders in the DSM even from a high level.

I assumed that this course was free for me, because I sent an application letter and my application was accepted, everything is fine, I could take the exams but now I can't, and when I try, they say that I have to pay. What happened, I wonder. I wait for an answer.

Way of teaching is only for higher class students rather than all types of levels of study.
