Great course. Thank you. I genuinely enjoyed this course. While I was familiar with scenario cross examples, I didn't really know how to confidently build scenarios, but the cross-impact analysis bridged that gap in my understanding from previous EMBA studies and readings of Wack and Schwartz. Similarly, the uncertainty/impact matrix was familiar from my risk and portfolio management practice, but the course helped to link them together and made a lot more sense. I'm chairing a strategy process for an NFP, and while we’ve been looking at three horizons and considering futures, I was looking for tools to help us consider/discuss/clarify different futures in a more structured way, so this was particularly timely. As a direct result of the course, I feel more confident to practically approach and build scenarios to consider futures and strategic questions, for example to frame and prompt a conversation to explore futures for AI and our sector. I have already recommended it to colleagues and would recommend this course to others in strategic management interested in applying themselves to futures thinking.

This course is a great start to get to know more about the world of strategic foresight, learning from experienced professors in the field. I like the teaching methods used throughout the MOOC, and the examples and cases from foresight practice in the private and public sector. Highly recommended!
