To be honest, I wanted to do this course to improve my skills. I found the topics of the individual modules appealing and helpful for me. The perfect ESI, the differences between the fixed and growth mindset were almost new to me and very helpful. Understanding how my behavior affects others was logical, but I had never thought about it. Another point that helped me to dive deeper into this topic was the different perspective on resilience. I've done several courses here, but this one was really good. It refreshed my knowledge from a different perspective. Did this fulfill my learning expectations? More than this. I had few expectations and was rather excited to see what these topics, which were not unknown to me, would teach me. Really a very helpful course with a good mix of sharing and readings and learning material. I only missed a brief insight into the topic of “Stressors and Stress Reactions (Physical and psychological feelings)” in Resilience. Thank you for this really good course.

I have To admit that I struggle with the critical thinking, but it was the game changer fir transitioning Into the growth mindset and being able to have the skills of adapting and resilience. I would take this course a 100 times if needed to refresh my thinking process. Un curso muy profundo y completo, me hubiera gustado tener mas tiempo dado a la profundidad de análisis que lo ameritaba, además la traducción al español no es tan fiel. Un curso de auto ayuda que te refleja y te obliga a pensar en un "cambio de piel" y que por lo mismo, sería de mucha utilidad repasarlo constantemente para que tanto las instancias de reflexión como las estrategias de manejo y descernimiento, tienden a esfumarse con la vorágine de la vida diaria.
