This course and the other courses within the Strategic Leadership certificate were excellent! So much of the content will help me now and later. Really insightful habits to build. Appreciated Professor Finkelstein's engaging delivery and the deep experience that he spoke from. An expert who was willing to share his missteps and learning to help students learn and thrive! These days I am obsessed with both education but also, critical reasoning skills. This specialization was well crafted from beginning to end. I loved Sydney and truly felt like we were in this journey together. I loved the insightful prompts and creative thinking exercises. Learning about all those companies and about their CEO's was fascinating. Entertaining and thought provoking.

This entire specialization was incredibly valuable for evaluating myself. Finklestein is a fantastic lecturer. I also purchased books written by podcast guests - "Uncolonized Latinas" written by Valeria Aloe and "Slow Productivity" by Cal Newport. Life Changing!

I really enjoy the course content about the leadership. The creative way we can solve different problems. How to set goals and processes to achieve that goal. Highly recommended for anyone interested to leadership role.

I think this course is subtle yet powerful and will create a significant impact to the learner to review, evaluate personal leadership style at work, and in personal life.

This is very good course and especially Sydney Finkelstein as teacher. I liked his demonstarations on real examples like in the creativity part with cutting cakes :-)

about 80% was relevant for me , some which was specific to shows or other country cultures are not known for me , so less effect of understanding the goal of the course
