Excellent course! I learned a lot about leadership and the difference between management and leadership. Tools were taught to help with time management, prioritizing tasks, developing an agenda, managing internal and external stakeholders, among other content. The classes are great and the material is good.

Getting Started with Leadership course has enlightened me various aspects of leadership which were know however it was bit challenging to apply them practically. The course had several situational and real life examples, that made the importance of concept and its practical application very meaningful.

The course contains the foundation for the leadership agenda (PRESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces and RACI methods, internal and external stakeholders’ analysis, context (tasks vs relationships)). It will wide your understanding of the leader’s role responsibilities and knowledge base requirements.

I've taken more than a dozen leadership/management specializations, and this is by far the most comprehensive and balances well between theory and reflection. Highly recommended!
