Getting an overview of the roles in a SOC Team and an overview of the tools used to perform specific actions was particular interesting. Also, the creation of the Characters in the Beginning [Tier I, Tier II and Tier III, for instance] was very helpful. This helps to relate stuff way better. Thanks, Cisco.
