The pinnacle of all of the course. Overall, the structure is very well established from course 1-4 in the specialization.
In this course, participants will develop an understanding of the intuitive foundations of asset and investment valuation, and how alternative valuation techniques may be used in practice. This is part of a Specialization in corporate finance created in partnership between the University of Melbourne and Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon).

No one is doing this course, so you'll have problems getting your peer assignment graded.
The course did a great job in explaining the principles and the lecturers' slides are very clear and helpful in understanding the topic. However, a greater dive into the applications of it all, in a more complicated scenarios that are closer in approximating real-life situation, would have been great.
It is a very informative and practical course by combining lectures, practical works and peer assignments. It has median difficulties level even for non-finance background or without related work experience. The course work is challenging but can be accomplished. The explanation by the lecturer is easy to understand. The knowledge gained is helpful in my personal investment.
Good Day
I am thankful and grateful for this opportunity .

This is my favorite among the courses in the specialization. This course was very insightful. It's a great refresher course if you have a finance background but it's also beginner-friendly if you do not have finance background. Prof. Pinder is always effective in his lectures.
