Protecting company devices is very important to increase awareness

The short videos are good. Annoying is the extended wiki-reading!
JM
It's a fair brief introduction to fundamental PC hardware.

The content is undoubtedly rich, but a lot of the material comes from Wikipedia, which I could've found myself for free. Overall still extremely helpful.

This course send you to wikipedia to do most/all of the learning yourself. The presenter clearly doesn't have a scripted dialogue and tends to ramble about obsolete tech, stumble over his words, and mention future topics ahead of time only to say dismiss that info. This course could use better in-video graphics, text, and a clearly delivered dialogue.
The Instructor gets an A+.

This class taught me a lot, however I wish there was a little more lab style instruction throughout the course. Overall, it has improved what I know about computers and hardware functions, but it was mostly reading over any formal instruction.

it was good but where is my certificate
