This was a good layout of the fundamentals of Technical Support. Now I'm excited to get into the deeper technical support.

I found it interesting, the last part of how we can interact with the user. We definitely need a lot of patience sometimes.

Very accessible information. Well suited to working parents who don't have big blocks of time to sit at a device and work.

The Certificate could have said "credited Course" instead of non-credit. Then the certificate value would be more valuable.
