This was the course I liked the least so far. The videos are very wordy and don't illustrate much the concepts they are talking about. There were innumerable assignments, all pretty much identical and "copy-paste". All of this to arrive to a final assignment that has a few photos as guidelines and complex requirements. The progression curve went from 0 to 100 and most of the resources I used to complete this final assignment were not from the course, and that is not from lack of looking through the course material.

This course exceeded my expectations in every way. The content was extremely well-structured, engaging, and relevant. The instructor explained complex concepts clearly, with real-world examples that made everything easier to understand. I especially appreciated the balance between theory and hands-on practice, which really helped solidify my understanding. The quizzes and assignments were thoughtfully designed—not too easy, but not overwhelming either. They really challenged me to apply what I learned. The community discussions were also a great bonus, making the learning experience feel collaborative. Thank you to the entire Coursera team and the instructors for putting together such a valuable learning experience. I now feel much more confident in my skills, and I’m excited to apply this knowledge to real-world projects!

"JavaScript Programming Essentials" on Coursera is one of the best courses I've taken. The instructors are clear and make learning easy. The course covers basic to advanced topics with a good mix of theory and practice.

This JavaScript programming is a good course to gain better command over various concepts like DOM, BOM, Asynchronous JS, AJAX, JSON and Fetch API and it comes with practice projects for every concept.
