It diminishes the educational value of the course and fails to demonstrate the universal application of the concepts taught. I request that you review the curriculum to include diverse industry examples (Production, Financial Operations) to ensure the content is inclusive and professionally balanced.

I'm paying for a course that's selling me access to an AI tool I don't want. This isn't a course; I'm paying to see an advertisement for a tool that makes no sense to me right now. I can cancel my subscription before the 3 months are up, but I don't want to. That's where these platforms, like this course platform, really make their money: people sign up, then forget to cancel and end up paying for something they don't use. Terrible concept and purpose of this "course".

This program has completely shifted my mindset from viewing AI as a simple task completer to using it as a professional, strategic collaborator. I gained hands-on experience in building a Prompting Framework and mastering Prompt Chaining to solve complex, multi-step problems. Additionally, learning to use NotebookLM to create a grounded knowledge hub has been incredibly valuable for streamlining team communication. This course is essential for anyone looking to use AI responsibly and effectively in a professional environment

I completed this course as part of the Google AI Professional Certificate and found the overall value disappointing. The content is very basic, with extremely short videos, limited reading material, and only a small amount of depth. While the labs were useful, they made up the majority of the practical learning experience. Much of the course felt like a high-level overview rather than professional-level training. I had previously completed Google's AI Essentials and AI Prompting courses, both of which heavily promoted this certificate as the next step. Unfortunately, I did not find that this program delivered significantly more depth or advanced knowledge than those earlier courses. I also did not appreciate the frequent promotion of Google products and services, including Gemini and Google AI Pro. A paid educational program should be able to stand on its own merits without relying so heavily on additional services. My biggest concern is the value relative to the cost. The amount of content in these courses is small enough that a dedicated learner could complete a substantial portion of the certificate in a very short period of time. Given the brevity of the videos, readings, and lessons, I do not believe the current subscription price is justified. In my opinion, this material would be more appropriately offered as a free introductory course or as a significantly lower-cost certificate. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this program at its current price.

Complimentary AI pro trial could not be activated. Neither Coursera nor Google was willing to fix this, so I could not fully participate in the labs. I didn´t get the full extent of what I paid for. Disappointing.

My account is eligible for the free trial, yet when I click the link to redeem the AI Pro, I'm sent into an irritating loop to nowhere. I had not been using it professionally except for random questions or research. Now I've fully integrated the things I've learned to take the transcript and have AI create an article, quick bullet points, a facebook post, ideas for short videos, a slide deck news brief and thumbnail... I've learned a lot about how AI can be your personal assistant in making you more productive by integrating AI features into your workflow. It provides the basics of how to create concise and impactful prompts and fundamentals for effective prompt chaining, agentic AI to help with incorporating quick summaries for long meetings, set up emails with different focus and tone, and using AI for data analytics. Overall great course to make you a strong power user of AI.
