There are interesting things in this course for sure, and Noah is definitely a smart guy! However, a lot of the lessons seemed to be phoned in. I lost count on how many times we covered how to make a Makefile for a project, and some of the classes are basically a twitch stream watching things compile and code being debugged. This course definitely needs a refresh and polish up. Also, AWS Cloud9 is no longer available to new customers, so those sections can't be followed along with.

Overall, I am unhappy with the course, but I still give it two stars for the work involved in preparing it. I enrolled in this course partly due to Duke University's reputable name, but I was disappointed by the content and am now unclear about how much Duke was actually involved. The course felt like a collection of previously made personal YouTube videos loosely strung together, lacking coherent flow and structure. It seemed more like a business venture than an educational experience. The topics were often jumbled and introduced without sufficient background, making the overall course painful to follow. Additionally, the definitions on the key terms pages frequently did not correspond to the relevant section or module. There were also quite a few advertisements promoting the instructors' books, along with repeated claims about their expertise. An entire module was dedicated to Rust in this MLOps course. For his Book? My recommendation is to use this course primarily as a starting point to take notes of the topics mentioned, then seek out other sources on the internet to go deeper. In my opinion, relying solely on the course videos for understanding is not a wise investment of time.

Provides some nuggets of insight, but overall not worth it - typical regurgitated corporate training.

The worst course that I passed in my whole life! If I could give zero starts, I would do that! - Videos are probably from another course and a lot of them start from middle! - Very general and non-coherent lecture and info related to MLops. - Old videos, a lot have change in cloud services and frameworks and what they show do not work in many cases! - Order of materials are sorrowful, a lot of materials are missing! - You learn nothing useful, watching YouTube is more beneficial! - It was the waste of money. Unfortunately, I bought the whole specialization! - I suggest Coursera to archive this course.

- Very less actual important concepts coverage. - 70%-80% is sponsored content, none are asked in the Graded Assignment. - You can complete modules 2-5 without watching any of the lessons.
