As an area for improvement, I had difficulty downloading my completion certificate. It would be helpful if the certificate issuance and download process were simpler and more accessible, as this directly affects the user experience after completing the course. Overall rating: Excellent (5/5).

In the videos the narrator often references another video clip to watch that will be discussed. There is no active link (it seems there is meant to be one, just like you would see as a pop-up thumbnail on a YouTube video for more content) so you can't really follow what the narrator is discussing after the failed link. I looked in the course resources to see if the missing videos are there. Nothing. I tried 3 different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) to see if that was the problem, and still no luck. Quite a letdown since the course seems pretty well done other than this glaring issue. Deal breaker!
