I discovered this course to be of utmost importance in terms of modern clinical practice. The attention put in identifying relevant barriers to telemedicine and the useful hints for improving the quality of virtual consultations (such as the way of arranging both equipment and environment) was very impressive for me. I liked to learn more about how to have a good context in terms of preserving patients’ identification and safety protocols. Next time, I want to see more interactive case studies or modules from a patient’s point of view in this course.
